What is the standard group size for a comfortable tour?
For the best comfort, we recommend private tours of up to 4–5 people. If you are traveling with a larger group, please mention it in your request — we’ll arrange a spacious vehicle for an additional fee.
What’s included in the tour?
All our tours include private transfers, an English-speaking driver-guide, entrance tickets to attractions, and parking fees. Everything’s covered — just relax and enjoy the experience!
How can I pay for your services?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid locally by prior agreement. We accept bank transfers, cash payments and payments via QR code.
What should I bring with me?
Don’t forget sunscreen, a towel, a change of clothes, a hat, drinking water, and your swimwear.
How to cancel a booking?
To cancel, simply message us on WhatsApp or email balikatours@gmail.com with your booking number.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a refund (minus a 10% fee). Processing takes up to 5 days; refunds are completed within 14 days based on the official exchange rate set by Bank Indonesia on the payment date.
